You can choose one of two support tracks depending upon your support requirements:

Our contract support option is suitable for those who prefer to have the peace of mind, that having paid one annual fee, they will receive a priority support service based on their individual written contract needs.

Another support option is suitable for those who do not foresee an ongoing support requirement and feel that it will be more cost effective to call on our support team on an as and when basis.  This is ideal if you think your support needs will be minimal.


Our technical team provides a remote helpdesk service that can be contacted via telephone or e-Mail in order to resolve almost any problem you might have.  A member of our technical team will analyze, diagnose and if possible resolve your issue over the phone or otherwise arrange a site visit by an engineer.

Internet-Based Remote Control

HAGE online support utilizes a Web-based screen sharing application that allows us to support you by remotely viewing and controlling your computers.  This application means a member of our technical team can instantly act as though they were sitting at one of your computers and resolving many problems that involve application or operating system settings.  Again, your downtime and cost is minimized via this service.
